Our company is currently looking to hire an experienced **Master Scheduler** in our Kamloops BC location. We have been in business in Kamloops BC, since 1997. **Roles and Responsibilities** **Project & Production Scheduling:** * Develop, coordinate, and maintain master production schedules that align with project timelines and daily manufacturing operations. * Integrate project schedules with day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions. * Establish and oversee short-term and long-term scheduling plans based on production capacity, material availability, and project deadlines. * Monitor and adjust job sequencing, resource allocation, and work orders to optimize production efficiency. **Workflow Optimization & Efficiency:** * Streamline workflows on the production floor to reduce bottlenecks and maximize productivity. * Analyze production trends, capacity constraints, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for process improvements. **Collaboration & Communication:** * Work closely with production managers, project managers, supply chain teams, and engineers to synchronize schedules and resolve conflicts. * Communicate schedule changes, production delays, and material shortages to key stakeholders. * Join daily production meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and production targets. **Performance Tracking & Reporting:** * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and resource utilization. * Analyze scheduling data and generate reports on production performance, capacity planning, and operational bottlenecks. **Why Join Us?** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity for growth and advancement. * Supportive and collaborative team environment. * Work on exciting and diverse projects.
