We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Front Office Manager** to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations. **Schedule:** Full-time & salaried position.Must have flexible availability, as this position does not have a set schedule. Schedule may include morning, evening, and mid-shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Daily meal allowance. * Team Member Travel rates for employee and friends and family. * Hilton Honors **Silver** membership upgrade. * Access to group health benefits. *(co-pay, after probation)* **Experience/Skills:** * Previous supervising experience is required * Previous hotel experience is preferred, with knowledge of PEP being an asset. * Hospitality or Tourism diploma/certification is an asset * Current Class 4 license (or willingness to obtain) and assist with driving our hotel shuttle to and from the airport is a considerate asset. * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and with good time management skills. * High standard of customer service. * Be able to stand for long periods at a time and comfortably lift up to 50lbs. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Oversee the Front Office operations, including the Front Desk and Shuttle team. * Lead by example by providing amazing customer service and assisting with coverage working shifts at the front desk. * Ensure hotel/front office procedures are followed correctly. * Monitor team member performance, and provide feedback and corrective actions when required. * Keep clear communication with the Front Office team, other departments and management. * Assist ROM in creating and implementing new policies and procedures to keep the front office operations running smoothly. * Interview and hire team members for all Front Office positions. * Schedule Front Office team, based on occupancy and hotel needs. * Oversee maintenance of the hotel''s airport shuttles.
