Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the company''s annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections and analysis. Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting records, including the reconciliation of sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts. Review and approve posting of all month-end transactions to the general ledger. Assist with the preparation and review of monthly and year-end financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare financial statements for management reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Provide support for the year-end audit, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Professional accounting designation (CPA) required.
