About us Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing complex financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will provide recommendations to Senior Management, acting as a trusted advisor with strong financial expertise. You will also drive analysis on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis. In this role, you will conduct financial evaluations, including forecasting, valuation, and cost assessments across various market segments. You will apply a solid understanding of different business models and industry dynamics to support growth initiatives. You will design, implement, and manage reporting tools and analytics dashboards to track performance and strategic outcomes. You will anticipate future reporting needs and develop KPI''s and success metrics accordingly. You will oversee the annual planning and budgeting processes. Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 4 years'' experience working in a financial analysis position Experience with financial analysis, excel modeling, reporting, and FP&A Experience within the Wealth Management, brokerage and or Financial Services industry are preferred Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA or MBA is strongly preferred Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000/year and a hybrid work environment.
