About This Opportunity This role is for a Senior Manager, Property Accounting who will be responsible for leading a team and adding value to the company through direct supervision of accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting and real estate financial reporting. The Senior Manager, Property Accounting will oversee budgeting, forecasting, operating cost recoveries, audits, and property tax processes. They will also be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of property accounting staff to ensure the efficient operation of all properties under management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in staff development, performance management, and team leadership. They will also have a CPA designation and 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
