Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Director Standards and Research . This role involves developing and updating guidance materials, whitepapers, best practice documents, as well as providing clear and concise interpretations of assurance and accounting standards and regulations. About the Role: Conduct research on emerging accounting and assurance issues to inform members and provide guidance on complex challenges. Lead the creation and revision of guidance materials while offering clear interpretations of accounting and assurance standards. Engage with CPAs and regulatory bodies to gather insights and represent the firm in various forums. Develop and deliver training programs and educational content to enhance the firm''s understanding of professional standards. Manage and mentor the Professional Advisory Services team to foster collaboration and drive excellence.
