Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic guidance on financial matters. Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Drive business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Requirements and Qualifications: CPA designation required. University degree in Business or Commerce (or equivalent).) Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization. At least 2 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and its application in hospitals. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
