Finance Professional Role About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Maintain and oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with IFRS and ASPE in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Track repair job costs, parts inventory, and labor expenses for profitability and savings opportunities. Prepare and file HST and other government remittances. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors as needed. Work with estimators and service advisors to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or a related field. Master''s degree is an asset. CPA designation (or equivalent) required. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance. Strong knowledge of IFRS and practical experience applying these standards. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
