Your job Deliveroutstanding client experiences and act as the primaryfinancialpartner for clients withaverageloan and deposit volumes between $2MM and $10MM. Manage and grow a diversified commercial portfolio, ensuringalignmentwith business objectives. Execute sales activities to meetannualtargets in lending, deposits, and cash management. Leverageinternal partnerships to provideholisticfinancial solutions tailored to client needs. Assess and managecreditrisk in collaboration with the commercial creditteam. Buildstrong networks and long-lasting client relationshipsthrough active business development. Mentor and support junior employees, contributing to the development of the broaderteam. Basic requirements Hold a Bachelor''sdegree in commerce, finance, or accounting. Have 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or relatedfinancial services. Provensuccess in building and managing commercial portfolios. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client relationshipskills. Availability to travellocally for client engagement and business development.
