Flight Operations Innovation Manager The role of Flight Operations Innovation Manager is to oversee the performance and productivity of the Software Factory in North America, ensuring timely delivery of software products that meet quality and efficiency standards. This position focuses on coordinating activities across different production sites, with a dedicated emphasis on the Waterloo (Canada) location while maintaining connections with other sites such as Gdansk (Poland), Bengaluru (India), and Toulouse (France). Responsibilities: Establish governance meetings with the Performance team to discuss process improvements and operational excellence. Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and operational indicators for the North America region in alignment with the Performance central team and deliveries manager. Identify and lead initiatives to enhance SWF processes, KPIs, and operational performance using lean and agile methodologies. Contribute to the evolution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure consolidation at software factory performance level. Promote improvement action plans with stakeholders when necessary. Monitor and analyze internal and sub-contracted Software Factory activities, working closely with the Delivery Manager. Requirements: Software development experience is essential for this role. Knowledge or experience in Companies Goals setting, Performance/KPI tree implementation, dashboard, and reporting is required. Experience with transverse project management/agile project management and SAFe framework is required. Driving improvement initiatives and knowledge of improvement methodologies like Lean, process mapping, and value stream mapping are desirable. Skills: Be driven, proactive, structured, diligent, collaborative, and open-minded. Effective time management skills; capable of managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic technical environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to combine detail-oriented approach when necessary, with pragmatism. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelors'' degree in engineering, management, software development, or equivalent relevant work experience. Min 5 years of overall work experience.
