Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping us improve our support for communities where our partner operates. This volunteer placement is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in marketing and communications, while also contributing to a project that aims to advance gender equality and social inclusion. The role involves conducting diagnostics, creating manuals for social media management, optimizing website performance, developing digital content templates, and performing strategy, analysis, and monitoring tasks. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in marketing/communications/media or equivalent experience in a related field. You should also have office-level knowledge of Spanish and be able to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Selection Requirements If you are shortlisted for the placement, you will need to confirm your passport or permanent resident details for travel purposes, provide two professional references and one personal reference, complete a language assessment during the preliminary telephone interview in the language required for your placement, obtain a satisfactory police check, complete a medical exam and be medically cleared before your departure, and be double vaccinated following the World Health Organization-approved vaccines. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, you will be required to meet certain health and safety requirements prior to your departure.
