We are seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in communications and marketing to drive impactful change in the communities we serve. This role will be based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where you will work closely with our local partners to develop and implement effective communication strategies that support our development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to enhance the visibility of our programs and services; Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions; Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, articles, and videos, to promote our mission and values; Design and produce visual materials, such as posters, flyers, and brochures, to raise awareness about our initiatives; Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and other key influencers; Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program staff, fundraising, and advocacy, to ensure alignment and coherence in our messaging and outreach efforts. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a development or non-profit organization; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to diverse audiences and contexts; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Familiarity with social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability; Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; Valid passport and willingness to travel periodically to support project activities.
