Chinook Inn is seeking a F/T Motel Manager Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $37.50 $39.00 /hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week Number of Positions: 1 4% vacation pay Job Duties: Establish, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Coordinate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies Manage inventory of motel supplies and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained Hire and manage staff, oversee training and arrange work schedules Review and provide feedback on staff work performance Handle client inquiries and agreements for using facilities Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints Job requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of experience within the accommodation industry Education: Completion of secondary school is required How to Apply: Company information: 2341399 Alberta Ltd. dba Chinook Inn Please apply via Email indicated above #J-18808-Ljbffr
