In this role, you are the first person our customers meet when they enter through our doors, and we want to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome and a bright smile. What You Will Be Doing : Answering a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and directing them to the appropriate department Receiving payments (cash, checks, credit cards) from customers Greeting customers with a friendly voice and professional demeanor Handling licensing paperwork Performing additional duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table : High School diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize Experience with multi-line phones is an asset Valid G Driver''s License with an acceptable driving record Dealership experience is not required but considered an asset Why Work for Us?
