Job Title: Experienced Welder (Contract Basis by Hand & Temporary Employment Opportunities) Location: In-Town (Leduc County) Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift (Rotational) About the Role: We are seeking experienced welders for contract work in both in-town and out-of-town settings. If you have hands-on experience with gouging, flux core welding, and are looking for a challenging role with a rotating day/night shift schedule, we want to hear from you! Previous experience working on mining equipment, attachments and fabricating is considered an asset. We will also consider temporary employment positions as required for specific projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks, including gouging and flux core welding Work on various welding projects related to mining equipment. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Rotating between day and night shifts as required. Temporary positions available for specific projects based on need. Skills and Qualifications: Must have Journeyperson Certification (may consider apprentices as well) Proven experience in welding, particularly with gouging and flux core welding Previous experience with mining equipment is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures. Must be able to work rotational shifts (days and nights).
