Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager Digital & Energy Efficiency/Appraisal to lead the development, management, and optimization of ABBs digital solutions and energy efficiency appraisal services. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, and driving customer value by leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy management, digital transformation, and industrial automation. This role contributes to the Motion Service in Canada. The Product Manager will work closely with customers, the Sales team, the proposal team, the execution team, and other product managers to support and enable business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute customer engagement plans to increase market awareness and sales. Collaborate with the sales organization on target pursuits and strategies. Analyze customer needs using consulting skills. Engage clients early in the buying cycle and introduce ABBs Energy Efficiency & Sustainability digital portfolios. Understand customer business drivers and interpret the impact and opportunities for ABB''s digital services and energy efficiency solutions. Promote ABB''s energy efficiency initiatives, including optimizing Motor-Driven Systems, upgrading to Energy-Efficient Equipment, conducting energy audits, and educating on energy conservation. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, customers, and regulatory bodies to drive growth in the energy efficiency market. Gather and analyze customer data to perform energy efficiency calculations and determine ROI. Qualifications For The Role Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within industrial automation or motion control. Expertise in energy efficiency, including knowledge of ISO 50001 and sustainability strategies. Ability to analyze energy performance data, develop ROI models, and optimize consumption. Familiarity with energy policies, carbon reduction programs, and industry standards.
