Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for strategic oversight and ensuring execution of all corporate marketing, communications and sales functions. The key job functions are: Development and implementation of annual integrated sales and marketing plans that support company goals and objectives Overseeing the sales and marketing teams to ensure company standards and KPIs are being met, supporting them to obtain the tools and training needed to meet these objectives. Networking, facilitating and managing partnerships, and digital strategy efforts to grow brand and connections Lead advertising efforts from design to execution through various digital and traditional marketing platforms Oversight and proofing of content curation through blogs, sales materials, website content, email marketing, proposals and press releases Additional duties as assigned Education: Post secondary education in related field Qualifications: Clean background check Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in marketing 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Skills: Creative and strategic thinker Capable and confident leader Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar Must be detail-oriented and meticulous Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure Ability to demonstrate a high profile and professional image at all times Strong record of attendance, punctuality and reliability Base Salary:Base salary based on experience Health spending account + lifestyle/wellbeing allowance Continuing education allowance RRSP matching Work Hours: Monday Friday 8AM-4:30PM Occasional evenings/weekends to attend events/functions Additional Notes: This opportunity does not include relocation.
