Duties and Responsibilities: The key job functions are: Handling assigned service locations Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and making repairs Selling parts Completing service paperwork Answering customer inquiries by providing technical support and product education Working on call as required/scheduled Qualifications: Valid class 5 license with a 3-year clean drivers abstract Physically fit and capable of lifting 60 lbs overhead repeatedly Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and climbing ladders up to 20 feet Valid first aid, aerial work platform, and fall arrest are an asset Experience: Previous experience in a related role or skilled trades (carpentry, electrician, millwright, etc.) is required Skills: Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures Mechanically inclined with knowledge of hand and power tools Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Driven and eager to learn Hard working with a can do attitude Reliable and loyal Team player Punctual with good time management Base Salary: $20 30 per hour Salary based on experience Full benefits package included Work Hours: 40 hours per week 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Additional Notes: This opportunity does not include relocation.
