Role Overview Risk Management: Manage risk identification, assessment, response, monitoring, and control for the MP portfolio of projects. Facilitation: Lead early risk and opportunity identification sessions to support planning activities. Template Development: Create templates and flow charts for project risk management processes. Monitoring: Track risk response progress and address emerging risks. Schedule Risk Models: Establish models to assess confidence levels for meeting In-Service Dates. Team Collaboration: Assist project teams in leading risk-based decision-making and problem-solving. Risk Register Management: Ensure timely updates and create comprehensive risk reports. Cost and Schedule Analysis: Conduct continuous reviews and analyze impacts of changes on projects. Constructability Reviews: Facilitate sessions to evaluate project constructability. Contingency Support: Assist in estimating and calibrating contingencies for all projects. Lessons Learned: Conduct analysis and communicate findings to enhance project outcomes. Skills & Qualifications Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects effectively. Risk Assessment: Strong skills in identifying and assessing project risks.
