As we continue to grow, were seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and help bring our projects to lifeon time, on budget, and with excellence.Mission of the RoleAs a Project Manager at Sign FX, youll oversee all aspects of our signage projects from kickoff to closeout. You'll coordinate schedules, control budgets, manage documentation, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your work ensures every job runs smoothly and profitablywithout compromising quality or service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage signage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Maintain accurate project documentation, including records, budgets, and schedules.Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.Coordinate internal teams (sales, design, production, install) to ensure alignment and execution.Track milestones and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and details to ensure accurate execution.Review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.Conduct site visits and supervise signage installation as needed.Manage change orders and mitigate project risks proactively.Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance project delivery.What Youll Bring3+ years of project management experience in signage, construction, or a related industry.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in project scheduling and time management.Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and customer-service driven.Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.Experience using ERP systems, especially Odoo, and project management tools.PMP certification or related post-secondary education (an asset).Eligibility to obtain security clearance (required).Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $65,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)Benefits include:Dental and extended health carePaid time offRRSP matchOpportunities for professional development and growthWork ScheduleMonday to Friday (Finish at 11 on Fridays)Weekends as needed (project dependent)If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering top-tier results, we want to hear from you.
