What youll do: Facilitate group activities for residents with differing abilities, interests, needs and preferences Deliver an array of planned and spontaneous social, recreational and therapeutic programs In collaboration with management, provide direction, support and assistance to volunteers during activity programs and familiarizes volunteers with related activity techniques Pay keen attention to changes in resident functional ability, interest, participation, mood and ability to accomplish tasks What youll need: Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Recreation program or equivalent education and experience with seniors Current First Aid and Food Safe Level I certificates required Experience working with seniors with moderate to severe dementia A Class 4 drivers license would be an asset Wage Levelling Salary: $28.95 per hour If youre motivated by the privilege of serving our seniors with dignity, respect and compassion, come join us! #J-18808-Ljbffr
