Agilus is recruiting for an Asset Integrity Analyst in the Oil and Gas Sector in Lloydminster, Alberta. A typical day includes: Inspection Data Management: Create Thickness Survey event types and import NDE Shooters/manual enter UT/RT readings; create and enter data for PSV Servicing event types; manage the staging area for new equipment. Equipment and Event Management: Create Equipment Components; create new CML locations and link to equipment components; create VE/VI events and enter report data; run queries/filters of equipment due for inspection by year; manage/monitor the LC-AssetIntegrity email inbox; upload inspection reports into SAP BW / EDMS. File Management: Manage the electronic Engineered Pressure Enclosure (EPE) catalogue; scan hardcopy EPE design information and add to the electronic EPE catalogue; digitize Mechanical Turnover packages from previous Turnarounds and Outages. Administrative Duties: Order office supplies; book meetings; perform other duties as required. Deliverables: PCMS Data Entry, File management services. Successful candidates will have: 8+ years of experience in oil & gas with a minimum of 5 years in an administrative role. High school diploma; preference for certificate/diploma/degree from an accredited post-secondary institution. Experience in SAP and managing integrity management software such as PCMS, RBMI, MaxiTrack. Ability to read common engineering drawings (equipment general arrangements, isometric drawings, P&IDs). Strong Microsoft Office skills.
