Continuous Improvement Coordinator needed in Abbotsford! Agilus is recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator in the manufacturing sector in Abbotsford, British Columbia. We are helping our client hire a permanent team member for this role. The ideal candidate has their Six Sigma Green Belt, an analytical mindset, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Managing multiple improvement projects Identifying improvement initiatives Conducting audits on current processes Data analysis and documenting processes Training staff on new procedures Requirements: Over 1 year of experience in process improvements within a manufacturing environment Six Sigma Green Belt certification Post-secondary education Analytical and data-driven mindset Project management skills Collaborative, trainable, team-oriented Whats in it for you: Salary between $60K and $75K annually Full-time, in-office role in Abbotsford Team of 3 members Health, dental, and vision benefits Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm Training, development, and growth opportunities Interested?
