Working closely with our brides and creating an exceptional personalized shopping experience Guiding brides through the dress ordering process from start to finish Answering phone and email inquiries Making pre-calls for upcoming appointments Following up with brides after their appointment Welcoming customers to the store and answering their questions Achieving monthly sales goals Going the extra mile to drive sales Processing POS (point of sale) purchases Cross-selling products Recommending ways to improve sales (e.g. suggesting new styles and designers, planning marketing activities) Steaming dresses and veils Handling inventory and stock Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by vacuuming the floor, and performing basic cleaning tasks.CompensationBi-weekly salary + sales commission.
