We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer / Specialist to join the project team and oversee the successful implementation of mechanical and electrical systems on-site.This is a rare opportunity to join a groundbreaking project at its early stages and make a lasting impact on the future of sustainable energy and advanced manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site mechanical and electrical operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.Review construction drawings and BIM models to identify and resolve design and coordination issues.Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage RFIs, submittals, timelines, and approvals.Supervise MEP system installations, ensuring quality standards and schedule adherence.Monitor costs related to materials and labor; provide accurate reporting and documentation.Lead system testing and commissioning to ensure operational performance.Assist in final project closeout, including inspections, documentation, and handover support.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background.5+ years of relevant experience in cleanroom, automotive, or pharmaceutical projects.Experience with Design-Build delivery models and construction processes.Strong proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving s
