Role Purpose:The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that we deliver against client expectations and contractual obligations. You will act as the single point of contact for all service-related requests, and you will be the customers advocate within the business.What I Do Is:Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their service lifecycle.Act as your clients single point of contact for all service-related issues and requests.Prepare and present accurate reports relating to performance of our service against defined targets.Assist in delivery of internal and client facing projects, on time, within budget and to agreed standards.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all services we provide the client are delivered optimally.Work with Service Product Owners / Solution Managers to maintain and contribute to the development of services as part of our continual service improvement initiatives.Analyse the data to provide actionable insights that provide true value for the client.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
