Reporting to the Vice-President, Student Affairs, youll provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary direction.Your impact will include:Leading a dynamic team of coaches, staff, and student leadersOverseeing varsity, club, intramural, and recreational programsManaging facilities, budgets, and compliance with AUS/U SPORTS and ACAA/CCAABuilding strong relationships with alumni, donors, and community partnersChampioning equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of programmingEnhancing the visibility and reputation of Mount Allison athleticsWhat You BringYoure a collaborative, equity-informed leader with a deep understanding of the transformative power of sport and recreation.
