Employment Type: Contract Job Number: 12193 Workplace Type: Hybrid Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer. Candidate must be based in Greater Montreal or Greater Toronto. Start date: Immediate End date: Dec 31, 2025 Location: GMA or GTA (Mandatory 3 days in-office presence) Project description: Designing the customer experience for chatbot and live features across the client`s website and mobile app. Responsibilities: Work with multidisciplinary team (Agile) to design business applications Identify insights/learnings through ethnographical studies, in-depth user research, in-depth interviews, and usability testing Work closely with Business Stakeholders to define user journeys and build storyboards, proof-of-concept, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and solutions Lead Design Thinking workshops Act as an advocate for the user for the product team Produce UX and UI design elements for product features Execute usability testing on all designs to ensure they meet usability and accessibility best practices Key Deliverables will be: UX Research/Reports Wireframes and UX requirements User Interaction guidelines Fully functional prototypes Hi-fidelity Mockups Library of reusable UI elements and assets Complete documentation on all deliverables Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years working as a UX Designer, Product Designer or UX Researcher Minimum 2 years working in an Agile environment Expertise in: Expertise in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies Ability to building UX/UI solutions for web and mobile applications Expertise in UX and UI design best practices Expertise in Digital Accessibility best practices Ability to build click-through prototypes for collaboration and usability testing Assets: Experience designing business tools/applications is an asset Experience in user research and testing methodologies is an asset Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
