Support Women''s Empowerment We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Gender Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with local partners in Honduras to develop their capacity to support and strengthen women''s organizations and movements that advance gender equality and women''s rights. Work with partners to develop and implement effective gender strategies. Create tools and resources to enhance gender work. To be successful in this role, you will need: A university degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, economics, or international development. Knowledge and experience in gender equality, planning, administration, and strategy design. Demonstrated experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
