As a UX Content Designer you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all legal domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client. Based on this roles business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. Location: Toronto, ON Role & Responsibilities: Experience in UX writing and content design. Experience with digital payments preferred. Solid grasp of UX and content design principles Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability to work independently (as you may likely be the only content designer on your topic) while collaborating with the broader content design team. Strong communication skills Flexibility and nimbleness in balancing concurrent tasks Required Skills: 8+ years of relevant work experience Craft clear, accessible content that helps users complete their banking tasks efficiently and with confidence. Deliver content on time and in alignment with team guidelines. Work with designers, product owners, developers, and researchers to understand user problems and craft solutions. Be a collaborative member of the content design teamrequesting and offering feedback, helping to shape content guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product, and attending all team standups.
