Gender Equality Advocate This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a project focused on advancing gender equality and social inclusion. As the selected candidate, you will work closely with local partners in Honduras to develop their capacity to support women''s organizations and movements. You will be responsible for supporting partners with their gender strategies and developing tools to strengthen gender work. Your efforts will help ensure that initiatives are inclusive and effective in promoting women''s rights and empowerment. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences or international development, and have experience working on gender equality issues. You should also be proficient in research, planning, and facilitation processes. Key Responsibilities: Support local partners in Honduras to develop and implement gender-inclusive projects. Develop and provide training on gender mainstreaming and analysis. Collaborate with the project team to design and implement evaluation frameworks. Benefits: Modest monthly living allowance.
