We are hiring a Training Systems Analyst to support the Learning and Development team within the Human Resources department of a major energy infrastructure company. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth LMS operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support and ongoing administration for LMS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systemsPerform regular audits to verify data accuracy and complianceSupport and guide LMS users, including learning admins and support staffMaintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating proceduresDevelop, update, and distribute training dashboards and reportsLeverage Power BI to design insightful visualizations and dashboardsCollaborate with stakeholders to support LMS governance and issue resolutionMonitor and manage LMS updates and version releasesRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related disciplineMinimum 6 years of relevant professional experience (intermediate level candidates will be considered)Hands-on experience working with LMS platforms, particularly Workday Learning and/or SuccessFactorsSolid command of Microsoft Excel and other tools in the Microsoft Office SuiteFast learner with the ability to grasp technical system processes and functionalityStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a systems-thinking mindsetMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaAssets / Preferred SkillsPrior experience working with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or enterprise Data LakesProven problem-solving experience in complex LMS environments or enterprise training systems
