Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide longitudinal primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings. Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Qualifications: Medical degree from a recognized institution. Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent. Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
