IT audits including SOX, 52-109, and financial statement audits. Strong understanding of business processes, audit risks, and IT environments. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within teams. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Job Description : As a Senior Consultant in the Technology Risk Services team, you will lead and support IT internal audit and advisory engagements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and risk advisory services to both public and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities : Conduct IT risk and control assessments in areas including : Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) IT maturity and risk assessments IT governance reviews ERP security and controls IT project / system implementation reviews Access Management Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Data Governance IT Third-Party Risk Management Responsible AI governance Lead and manage engagements end-to-end, including planning, execution, and client communication. Develop and review risk and control matrices, test plans, and supporting documentation. Manage engagement delivery, team coordination, quality assurance, and profitability tracking. Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with varying complexity. Participate in business development, including proposal creation and client relationship management.
