Your role: Respond quickly to customer and associate needs in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and delivered to customers on-timePull merchandise safely for loading onto delivery trucks and help customers and staff move merchandise safelySeek out customers to understand his/her needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandiseCommunicate information to customers regarding all stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to RONA programsMaintain a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gatesOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly What we''re looking for: Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistanceCustomer service oriented and results drivenAbility to establish priorities and to take actionSafety orientedAbility to understand and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information6 months experience using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
