The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1015 years of Canadian experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for candidates with direct experience in hospitality and food & beverage renovations.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of project life cycle from initiation through completion Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and deficiency tracking Assist in preparing tender packages and reviewing bids Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure alignment with project goals Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients Support project close-out, including turnover packages, occupancy, and warranty follow-upQualifications & Skills 1015 years of Canadian experience in commercial construction project coordination Proven experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage renovation projects is a strong asset Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Strong knowledge of construction drawings, documents, contracts, and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportationWhy Join XANA Group?
