If you're ready to challenge the status quo and make an impact, we invite top talent to join us on this exciting journey.Role OverviewThe Practice Management Consultant will be responsible for delivering training and onboarding support to new BoomerangFX users and employees, including conducting live software training & demonstrations. You will provide SaaS Implementation support to our clients who operate private medical aesthetic practices across North America and International markets. You will be responsible for multiple SMB accounts and will need strong project management skills.You will need experience with SaaS Implementation/training and act as a Subject Matter Expert of the BoomerangFX platform. You are confident in your customer support skills and adept with the use of technology and developing training guides.Scope of Duties:Deliver training on our practice management software to new clients and employeesAct as primary software trainer and onboarding support to your portfolio of clients.Serve as a single point of customer contact during the implementation ensuring client satisfactionManage client escalations and work with cross functionally to resolve client concernsTrain clients through key software learning milestones for effective Software application usage.Own client retention by proactively reducing churn, increasing customer adoption, and improving overall satisfaction.Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans.Manage client relationship during the implementation process.Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client and teamContinuously learning and acting as a subject matter expert on product updates, features, and fixes across our product portfolioSuccessfully hand off to customer success team when client has successfully completed process.Perform other duties as needed and directed by leadershipWhat You Offer:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (health sciences, business, etc.)Practical experience in a related field (private healthcare sector or medical aesthetics space)Software implementation, customer success or project management experience within a SaaS company3+ years of experience in a client facing/support roleExperience with project management software and CRM tools (like HubSpot)Ability to understand private healthcare operations and workflowsStrong organization and project management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,Strong technical skills to interact with customers remotelyWillingness to travel within Canada and the United States for workshopsWhat is in it for you:At BoomerangFX, we believe in providing more than just a competitive salary and generous paid time off we offer a unique opportunity to be part of a high growth, and game changing environment.Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Bonus!Entrepreneurial Mindset: We believe in creating an environment that encourages ownership, innovation, and collaboration.Growth-Driven: We foster a collaborative culture where every team member is valued.
