Parts SpecialistWill be responsible for communicating with customers regarding; technical information, parts/materials availability, quotations, processing orders, identifying part numbers and documentation.Respond to all customer inquiries in timely and professional manner for parts and service requirements.Research bill of materials, drawings, schematics, prints to identify proper parts/materials to meet customer requirements.Develop, maintain and follow up on sales quotes, shipping orders and inventory.Participate in continuous improvement activities and identify areas for improvement.Strong customer service skills/experience.Technical knowledge, ability to read/understand schematics, drawings would be considered as assetStrong computer skills preferred Salesforce or related ERP software systems experience.Experience or exposure to automation, machinery/equipment and mechanical aptitude would also be considered an asset
