With over 160 employees and showrooms across major Canadian cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary, we are seeking to improve our international reputation as a luxury design firm for the architects and designers community as well as discerning residential customers to redefine their spaces to transcend the ordinary.As we embark on this next chapter in our evolution, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events & Hospitality Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional events and guest experiences. This role is responsible for curating engaging experiences that reflect our brand values, building strong client and partner relationships, and delivering operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & PlanningLead the development of the annual events calendar, including corporate functions, customer events, VIC experiences, and partner activationsDefine event goals, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with marketing and business strategiesManage event concepts from ideation to execution with a focus on guest experience and brand impactHospitality & Guest ExperienceChampion premium hospitality standards, ensuring every guest interaction is elevated, thoughtful, and personalizedCreate pre-, during-, and post-event touchpoints to maximize engagement and retentionManage all onsite logistics, including staffing, flow, catering, and ambianceVendor & Stakeholder ManagementSource, negotiate, and manage external vendors (caterers, decorators, venues, AV, etc.)Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clienteling, and operations teamsEnsure timely and clear communication with all internal and external stakeholdersBudgeting & ReportingManage event budgets, forecasts, and reconciliationsTrack event performance, guest feedback, and ROI to inform future initiativesProvide post-event reports and recommendationsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related fields.5+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketingStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExperience managing high-profile or VIP clientele is an assetProficient in event software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Microsoft Office, Asana)A natural host with a customer-first mindsetStrong attention to detail with a creative mindset.Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.Work Environment:Primarily office and gallery-based, with occasional travel to exhibitions, events, or client locations.May involve evening or weekend work to support gallery openings, events, or VIP client interactions.Why Join Stone Tile?Stone Tile was founded with a strong vision for high-end quality and design across the stone and tile industry.
