This global pharmaceutical business is expanding its brand analytics function, with two new roles supporting recently launched and high-impact therapies.You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand how products are performing in the real world identifying insights and opportunities based on sales, claims, access, and field activity data.THE ROLEAs a Brand Analytics Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping brand strategy through data-driven insight. Key responsibilities include:Building and applying statistical and machine learning models (e.g. regression, time series, clustering) to uncover brand performance driversDigging into mountains of claims, sales, and access data to understand uptake, market dynamics, and opportunities for growthPartnering with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to support strategic decision-makingSupporting cross-functional initiatives including pricing, access, and commercial effectivenessManaging ad hoc and ongoing reporting, automating dashboards and KPI metricsContributing to select omnichannel analytics projects, in collaboration with internal media and digital teamsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou will need:Strong analytical and statistical modelling skills (e.g. regression, predictive modelling, clustering, etc.)Proficiency in SQL and Python or R (SAS also considered)Hands-on experience working with messy real-world data (sales, claims, or field force data is ideal)Background in commercial, marketing, or healthcare analyticsBachelor's or Masters degree in a STEM or quantitative disciplineBENEFITSRemote-first role (Canada-based)Competitive base salary and annual bonusHealth, dental, and vision coverageCompany-matched retirement contributionsGenerous PTO including year-end shutdownLong-Term Incentive Plan eligibilityHOW TO APPLYWant to shape how life-saving therapies are launched and scaled globally?
