Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.Job Marketing: Craft compelling job ads and distribute them across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.Onboarding Support: Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies.Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, job placements, and recruitment activities using internal systems.Market Intelligence: Monitor hiring trends, labor market shifts, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously refine recruitment strategies.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree or certification in HR, recruitment, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or similar environmentFluent in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidatesDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritiesProficient with MS Office tools; experience using ATS or recruitment software is a plusUnderstanding of labor laws and compliance (an asset, not required)What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities within an expanding international agencyA comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, PTO, etc.)Work with a supportive, multicultural team committed to your success
