Were not just a travel management company; were a team dedicated to crafting happiness, one moment at a time, starting with our own people.Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Travel Coordinator with deep technical expertise in GDS systems and group travel logistics. In this role, you will oversee the configuration, coordination, and execution of large-scale travel arrangements for meetings and events. You will be expected to operate independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver seamless solutions that meet both operational and attendee needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Coordination & GDS ExpertiseManage complex group travel bookings using GDS systems (preferably Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo), including ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, and queue managementInterpret and apply fare rules, airline contracts, and group booking terms to ensure compliant and cost-effective arrangementsOwn the end-to-end travel booking process for meetings and events, with minimal supervisionTechnology & Platform IntegrationConfigure and manage platforms for event registration, booking, and attendee trackingMaintain online group booking parameters in the Online Booking Tool (OBT), ensuring integration with back-end systems and compliance with security and privacy standardsCollaborate across teams to integrate GDS bookings with internal systems and event management toolsSupport & OptimizationTrain and support internal stakeholders on GDS, OBT, and registration platformsTroubleshoot booking and platform issues in collaboration with vendors and tech teamsMonitor industry and technology trends, and recommend innovations to improve efficiency and traveler experienceOperational & Event SupportCoordinate logistics and deliverables in support of meetings and events, ensuring attendee travel aligns with event schedules and policiesPrioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlinesLiaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure policies, timelines, and goals are metDo You Have What It Takes?
