Guide clients through strategic fleet transformation journeys by aligning vehicle, energy, and systems architecture. Lead and mentor a team of Strategy & Design Consultants, ensuring technical excellence, cross-disciplinary synergy, and adherence to WSPs high standards. Shape client programs by defining project vision, objectives, timelines, KPIs, and investment roadmaps. Build comprehensive transition frameworks and methodologies tailored to transit agencies, school boards, and fleet operators. Lead client engagements from strategic concept to technical specification. Drive proposal strategy and execution: develop win themes, commercial positioning, and lead strategic negotiations. Forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, utilities, SaaS vendors, and funding bodies you stay ahead of market shifts and policy evolution. Contribute to national strategy, representing WSP in technical forums and influencing public and private sector decarbonization efforts. Own the capture processyou identify opportunities, position strategically, lead proposals, negotiate commercially, and close contracts with precision. What youll bring to WSP: Lead with 12+ years in transportation consulting, including senior BD/capture leadership rolesbacked by a bachelors in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PMP adds strategic depth. Deliver complex zero-emission transit and fleet projects, combining technical expertise with strong client relationships across Canadian transit agencies, fleet operators, and government bodies. Navigate digital fleet platforms (SCADA, CMS/EMS, AVL, ERP, Digital Twin), Intelligent Transportation Systems, and charging/energy infrastructure fundamentals to drive innovation. Master leadership, negotiation, and presentationturning technical value into executive impact, securing partnerships with OEMs, EaaS providers, utilities, and funding bodies. Strengthen credibility with a P. Eng or equivalent accreditation. Communicate fluently in English. French preferredfor bridging networks and expanding influence in bilingual markets.
