Located in Canada, you will play a vital role in crafting delightful beverages and providing exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand''s mission of happiness and quality. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including bubble tea, fresh tea, and coffee according to CoCo''s standards. * Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and quality standards. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. **Requirements** * Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. * Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. * Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
