**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various maintenance tasks. This role involves maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, and general repairs. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. **Duties** * Perform routine maintenance on buildings and grounds to ensure a safe and attractive environment. * Utilize hand tools and power tools for various repair and maintenance tasks. * Build and maintain garden areas, including planting, watering, and landscape upkeep. * Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth. * Dig and prepare areas for planting or repairs as needed. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. * Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently. **Qualifications** * Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in building maintenance or a related field. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required. * Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred, including gardening techniques. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
