Ensuring invoices match purchase orders/packing slips. Determine invoice routing to correct departments for authorization. Entering invoices to ERP system. Filing and monitoring invoices by payment date. Providing the Financial Controller with weekly AP reports. Reconciling Vendor Statements. General bookkeeping duties as required by the Financial Controller. Filing. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data. **HR responsibilities:** Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration. Maintaining employee records. Assist the HR Generalist in providing documents requested by employees. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Answer and assist team members with any inquiries they may have. **Job Qualifications:** Exposure to payroll practices. Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices. Knowledge of basic labor laws. 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
