Job Description

Job Opportunity: Assist customers in-store and over the phone by providing product information, process customer rentals and purchases efficiently, maintain high-level product and service knowledge, participate in merchandizing and promotional activities, create detailed invoices and customer statements, prepare work orders for damaged or deficient equipment, verify received shipments and notify Manager of any discrepancies, keep shelf selection areas stocked, clean, and orderly. Key Responsibilities: Rent equipment to customers Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a high level of product knowledge Contribute to visual merchandising and promotions Generate invoices and customer statements Handle defective or damaged equipment Inspect shipments and report discrepancies Ensure store display areas are well-stocked and organized Requirements: Previous experience in retail or proven knowledge of yard and home maintenance equipment Flexibility to work varying hours, including Saturday rotations Strong customer service skills Effective time management and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
