Job Description We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager . This role will oversee the financial management of our organization, including investments, financial reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Investments Management : Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of investments, ensuring accurate review of organizational structures, fund flow, and loan agreements. Financial Reporting : Prepare various financial information and analytics to ensure accuracy of reporting and optimal performance. Partner with internal SOX team and external auditors to address audit inquiries and assist with tax reporting. Financial Planning & Analysis : Review valuation models, work with asset management team to develop annual budget and 5-year business plan, and assist with regular forecasting/reforecasting and related analytics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Professional Accounting Designation : Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) Experience : At least 6+ years of progressive work experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience; experience in real estate and capital markets is considered an asset Technical Skills : Strong technical understanding of IFRS and consolidation, and US GAAP accounting preferred.
