This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career while making a real difference.Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding across various levels.- Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans.- Coordinate disability claims and liaise with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and compliance.- Support return-to-work planning and accommodation processes.- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies and programs.- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and research for HR initiatives.- Support Health & Safety, AODA, and student programs.- Maintain HR data in Workday and assist with workforce planning reports.Qualifications:- 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and disability case management.- Strong command of Workday HRIS.- Degree or Diploma in HR Management; CHRP/CHRL is a strong asset.- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Apply now and send your Word format resume to patricia.flores@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
