This management role involves overseeing the production, analysis, and presentation of flightpaths, weekly, and monthly statistics related to AFCS and WPS claims and appeals. You will manage a small team and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and operational decision-making. Role Requirements The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in: MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and data manipulation for forecasting scenarios. SQL, with the ability to maintain and query databases, run queries, and import data. SharePoint and related workflows. You will be responsible for managing the production and distribution of key statistics, updating flightpaths, and facilitating performance calls with senior leadership. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Person Specification Ideal candidates will have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing sensitive data. Data visualization skills and proven IT experience. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. An interest in digital product development is desirable. You should also be capable of handling ad-hoc queries, reporting trends, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
